Charles Anthony Gosmon Co-Founder

Charles is a seasoned expert in business intelligence, analytics, and enterprise application development, known for executing large-scale projects. With 15 years of experience, he has held key roles such as IT Product Manager at Swire Coca-Cola, Data Engineer at Sprouts Farmers Market, and Sr. Data Engineer/Power BI SME at CloudMed. He also leads as an Information Technology Consultant at CGosmon Solutions LLC. Specializing in data integration, automation, and the development of custom solutions using Microsoft technologies, Charles consistently drives operational efficiency and innovation, particularly through his deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Fabric.

Val Dudley Jr – Purple Heart Recipient / Vietnam Veteran / Senior Computer Analyst at Salt River Project

Val Dudley, a Purple Heart recipient, and Vietnam War veteran, brings a remarkable wealth of experience and dedication to his work. With 83 years of life experience and over 30 years of service at Salt River Project as a Senior Computer Analyst, Val's expertise spans both military and private government utility sectors. During the Vietnam War, he dedicated himself to his role as a Helicopter Mechanic, earning the rank of Specialist 6 Class before retiring in 1966. His distinguished military service and extensive professional background highlight his unwavering dedication and commitment.  

Dr. Rene Murphy, SHRM-CP – Director of Recruitment and Onboarding

 With over 23 years of experience as an educational consultant, Dr. Murphy has designed professional development and training modules for staff in charter and private schools. She specializes in implementing educational technology and policies, enhancing employer branding, and optimizing onboarding processes through effective 30-60-90-day plans. 

Tiyada Baldwin, SHRM-SCP – Vice President of People & Culture

Tiyada has 9 years of experience in HR management, focusing on employee relations and organizational culture.
